Macedonia has known its share of committees. Little came out of it. What makes this Committee different (we hope)?

Reformi vo zdravstveniot sistem vo Republika Makedonija - Nov Proces

Za PRV PAT probuvame da napravime obemna analiza na sektorot so namera da se implementiraat promeni vo site institucii (ne samo vo odredeni elementi).

Za PRV PAT site ucesnici (stakeholders) vo zdravstveniot sektor se direktno vkluceni vo nevladiniot komitet.

Za PRV PAT javnosta direktno ke bide konsultirana, preku nastani vo mesnite zaednici i postojano podnesuvanje idei, mislenja i predlozi.

Za PRV PAT ke se koristi napredna tehnologija so cel da se vkluci celata javnost i site ucesnici vo debatata (Wiki, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, i interaktiven Website - http://sc-healthreform.org.mk )

Za PRV PAT na clenovite na Komoitetot ke im bide dozvoleno da pokanat svedoci za da dobijat informacii, znaenje i soveti od niv.

Za PRV PAT procesot ke zapocne so preporakite na Komitetot, a ne da zavrsi so niv. Vakvite preporaki ke sluzat kako pojdovna tocka i osnova za obemnite javni konsultacii.

Za PRV PAT Komitetot ke proizvede zakoni I regulativi, a ne izvestai koi ke bidat ignorirani i ostaveni vo fioki za potoa da bidat zaboraveni.

HEALTHCARE REFORM in The Republic of Macedonia - A NEW PROCESS

For the FIRST TIME we are attempting a SECTOR-WIDE analysis with the intention of implementing changes across all institutions, not restricted to certain elements in the health system.

For the FIRST TIME , all STAKEHOLDERS in the health sector are involved directly in a Steering Committee that is not governmental.

For the FIRST TIME, the public will be consulted directly, through townhall meetings and by constantly submitting ideas, opinions, and suggestions.

For the FIRST TIME cutting edge high-technology is used to involve the entire public and all the stakeholders in the debate (Wiki, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, and an interactive Website - http://sc-healthreform.org.mk ).

For the FIRST TIME members of the Committee are allowed to invite witnesses and seek information, insights, and advice from them.

For the FIRST TIME the process starts with the Committee’s recommendations rather than ends with them. Such recommendations will serve as the starting point and the basis for extensive public consultations.

For the FIRST TIME the Committee will produce laws and regulations rather than reports that are ignored and stashed away to be soon forgotten.
