Regions and municipalities should be allowed to buy for their inhabitants healthcare services from doctors, clinics, and hospitals Macedonia should learn from experience in the healthcare sectors of other countries Wealthy people should buy their own private insurance and not be covered by the Health Fund There should be many health funds and insurers in Macedonia competing for business with each other I would be willing to pay more to have a private room at the hospital
